Vimsoft understands that your website will likely grow and change over time, and that's why we are committed to providing the high-quality maintenance you need.  Maintenance is the phase of your website's life that begins after it has finished development.  Any time you want to add, remove, or change anything with your released website it is considered maintenance.  To give a few examples... you can have us add articles, photos, videos, products, change your contact information, update your event calendar, or a variety of other things... all you have to do is ask!

Vimsoft performs all maintenance on your website for you.  Simply submit a request, we give an estimate of how much maintenance time it will take and approximately when it will be completed, and you give is the thumbs up to proceed.  We strive to complete all requests as soon as possible, however due to our given workload, it might not be soon enough for your needs.  So if your request is urgent and needs to be completed sooner than our estimate, you can put it on our fast track for an additional fee.

The amount of time each modification request takes to complete is deducted from your website plan's maintenance allotment.  If you exceed the maintenance allotment for your website plan, you have a couple options.  First, if you feel like the maintenance you're requesting won't be a frequent occurrence, you can choose to purchase Supplemental Maintenance which is a one-time credit that will extend your maintenance allotment.  Supplemental maintenance is available in different sizes and can be purchased by clicking here.  The second option is to upgrade your website plan.  This upgrade option is more economical if you anticipate you will need to submit maintenance requests more frequently.  Please note that the maintenance allotment included standard for your website plan does not rollover from month to month, and any unused time will expire at the end of the month.  Separately purchased supplemental maintenance time, however, will not expire as long as your website plan is active.

Of course you can also request major changes to your website such as adding advanced web applications such as discussion forums, photo galleries, or product catalogues.  In the case of major changes like this, the customization and functionality size of your website plan subscription will be considered.  If the additions will exceed your website plan's allotment we will ask you to upgrade your website plan before implementing your request.

We also perform frequent system maintenance behind the scenes to ensure that your website is performing optimally and securely.  Creating backups of your website contents/database and upgrading your website's advanced applications when necessary are part of the routine.  Our system maintenance is provided for every Vimsoft website plan and does not count toward your plan's allotment.

Please note that at this time we do not permit clients to have direct administrative or file access to their Vimsoft websites for performing self-maintenance.  If you feel that is something you need, there are a number of do-it-yourself type website services you could look into.  However, we are confident you will find that they are not as high-quality or convenient as Vimsoft.

We deliver quality graphic design services to make your Vimsoft website even more professional.   Your website plan includes limited graphic design for customization of your website elements during development, but our full graphic design service goes even farther.   We specialize in designing logos, banners, slide shows, business cards, and more.  These types of premium designs are supplemental and are not included standard our website packages.

We will work with you at every step of the graphic design process to make sure we capture the essence of what you need.  The first step of the process is to determine the graphic qualities that are important to you such as size requirements, color palettes, font types, theme, and feel.  You may supply us with materials (such as images or website links) to aid us in designing your graphic with coordinating characteristics.  Once we feel confident that we understand what you're looking for, will be ready to begin working on your design.  During our design process we will send you draft , lower quality and/or watermarked versions of your design to make sure that we are meeting your expectations.  Any adjustments may be made during this initial design process as long as they do not change the majority of the initial characteristics you requested.

Once we feel that we have completed a design according to your specifications we will send you a high quality, release version without watermarks.  After we send you this release version of your graphic design you may no longer request a refund because design work has been completed and the final product is in your possession.  You may, however, request up to a maximum of 2 revisions to this release version up to 1 week after we have sent it.  These revisions may change any of the elements of the design, but cannot change the majority or overall look and feel, which would essentially result in a brand new design.

Our pricing for graphic design varies based on the type.   We charge $299.95 per Premium Logo Design, $199.95 per Business Card or Banner Design, and $399.95 per Slide Show Design (includes up to 4 frames).  Business Card, Banner, and Slide Show rates assume that you will provide a logo if one is to be used in the design.  If we need to design a logo to appear in any of those types, we will charge our Logo Design rate as well.  Once we begin work on your graphic design, it typically takes 2 weeks until we will send you the release version.  If you have an urgent need to get the design done sooner, you may place your request on our fast track for an additional fee.

Also please note that our graphic design services can be purchased separately from any other Vimsoft service.  Even though it can supplement our website service, you are in no way required to be subscribed to one of our website plans in order to request our graphic design service.     If you have any questions about our graphic design service would would be happy to assist you!

In addition to our service fee, you must also supply us with funds to pay the actual pay-per-click ad service fees for as many months as you want your ad campaign to run.  If you purchase multiple ad campaigns, your monthly budget can be divided in any way you would like between the ad programs each month.  Once your budget for an ad campaign has expired for a given month the ads for that campaign will stop displaying until the next month.  We will inform you when your ad budget is nearly depleted in order to give you time to supply us with additional funds to continue your ad campaigns uninterrupted.  You may also inform us if you would like to pause or discontinue your ads displaying in any ad program.  Refunds can only be issued for unspent monthly budget funds, since our ad setup fees are nonrefundable once an ad campaign begins.
