At this time we do not offer technical support via phone.  This decision was made to keep our costs as low as possible.  If demand increases for phone support we may add it in the future.

Our goal is to respond to your support request in 12 hours or less.  While that doesn't necessarily mean we've completed your request within that time, we will certainly let you know we've received it and follow up with any additional questions we may have.

Yes your website is data is backed up regularly as part of every website plan we offer.  We backup your website data before and after we service any maintenance request you submit.  We will also backup your website data monthly, regardless if you have not submitted any maintenance requests.  You may request your website to be restored with one of these backups, however the maintenance time to achieve this will be deducted from your maintenance allotment.  The actual time we spend backing up your website is NOT deduced from your maintenance allotment.

If your published website has a functionality or display problem on one of our supported web browsers, contact Vimsoft as soon as possible.  This type of issue is considered non-discretionary maintenance and we will never charge you to fix it, nor deduct time from your maintenance allotment.  Vimsoft will decide whether the request is actually non-discretionary, however.

If you don't like the Ad Savings ads that are displaying on your website, you can contact Vimsoft directly to let us know.  Please do NOT contact our advertisers.  We will do our best to make sure the ads that are displaying are satisfactory to you.  If we do not resolve the situation to your satisfaction, you may always opt out of the Ad Savings program, in which case your rates will be adjusted to compensate.

Vimsoft supports the latest stable release version of the most popular web browsers today:  Microsoft's Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari.  Your Vimsoft website may work properly in additional browsers, but it is not guaranteed as part of our standard service.  If required, support for additional browsers can be arranged.
