Vimsoft accepts credit cards MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept payments via PayPal and eChecks.  However please note that if you pay via eCheck there could be up to a week delay before the payment is processed, which will delay the start of your Vimsoft service.  We do not accept direct payments of cash or personal checks.

A minimum 6-month website term is required in order to keep our rates as low as possible.  In general, the majority of our website service's time and effort is used during the development phase.  So if we only required a 1-month term for example, a person could cancel our service after just the first month and a significant amount of our development time and efforts would go unpaid.  This would mean we would have to raise rates significantly higher than they are now in order to recoup such potential losses.  While our minimum 6-month website term might not be appropriate for some people, we feel the majority of clients understand it helps us keep our rates low. 

You may cancel any Vimsoft service at any time.  All refunds will be issued through PayPal.   Refunds will only be issued for completely unused months of service.  We do not issue partial month refunds for our website, maintenance, and web advertising services.  In the case of our website service, the first 6 months of your term are considered as a start-up fee and are nonrefundable.  For our graphic design service, no refunds are permitted once a final design is approved and/or you take receipt of any finished (high quality or non-watermarked) graphic files.  For our Web Advertising service, unspent monthly budget funds are refundable, however the start-up fees are nonrefundable once the ad campaign begins.

The first 6 months of your website term are nonrefundable because we also consider the first 6-month term as a start-up fee.  In general, the majority of our website service's time and effort is used during the development phase.  We have determined it will take us approximately 6 months per website plan to recover our development costs for your website.  If we permitted refunds for the first 6-month term, we would have to charge an additional start-up fee to cover our development costs, which we decided to avoid.

All approved refunds are issued via PayPal in order to keep our rates as low as possible.  Therefore you must have a PayPal account in order to receive any refunds.  Signing up for your own PayPal account is fast and free.
